Mr. Davide Marcotti is a seasoned executive with over a decade of experience in strategy and digital transformation, advising top-tier financial institutions across Asia-Pacific and Europe. His background spans capital markets, Web3 infrastructure, and AI-enabled platforms.

Mr. Marcotti has been actively involved in the crypto industry since 2017 and is a recognized leader in scaling digital asset and blockchain businesses. As the former CEO of Swyke, an institutional-grade crypto infrastructure business securing over $300 million in assets under staking, Mr. Marcotti successfully scaled operations and positioned the company as a trusted partner in the decentralized finance ecosystem.

Mr. Marcotti holds a Master’s degree in International Business Administration.

Mr. Gopal is a seasoned financial executive with over 18 years of experience in senior finance roles across a range of Canadian public companies and industries. He has been a key member of SOL Global’s finance team for the past seven years, having joined the Company as Controller before advancing to Vice President of Finance. Throughout his tenure, Mr. Gopal has demonstrated strong leadership in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning. Mr. Gopal holds a Bachelor of Applied Business in Accounting and Finance and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Ms. Deena Siblock has distinguished herself as a leader in corporate governance, communications, and risk management, demonstrating exceptional commitment and passion throughout her career. She has served as Chief Operating Officer, Vice President, Corporate Development and Corporate Secretary as well as a member of the Steering Committee and the Nominating, Governance and Compensation Committee for various public and private companies.

Mehdi Azodi has more than 20 years of experience in the investment industry and capital markets. He brings extensive expertise in public and private equity and debt financings and has served in various roles. Mr. Azodi is a director of public and private companies in Canada and United States.

Mr. Jason Batista is a highly experienced and commercially astute financial services professional with over 15 years of experience in banking and investment management, combined with corporate development, corporate communications, and commercial strategy. Certified Chartered Investment Manager; he is currently President of TBJ Consulting which provides a suite of services including corporate development, investment management, and investor relations. Mr. Batista will serve as a member of the Audit Committee.

Mr. Zorbas is an entrepreneur with a proven track record in the metals exploration and development industry and in the investment banking industry. He has held senior advisory positions in various facets of business including operations, marketing, sales, strategic planning and structured finance.

Mr. Zorbas is the CEO of Captor Capital Corp. since August 2018. He also serves as URU Metals Ltd. (Captor Capital Investment) Chief Executive Officer since June 2014. He was appointed a Director of Zeb Nickel Corp., a PGE mining and exploration company, in November 2021. He also served as the director of Powertap Hydrogen Capital Corp. and President of MGM Productions Group Inc., a company focused on media and retail investments, Chairman of Management Resource Solutions PLC, as well as Director of both ZorCorp Capital Holdings and Stairline Capital Holdings Infrastructure Fund. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Monchhichi PLC (former: Mercom Capital PLC) as well as the Director of Stratton Capital Corp. He is a founding shareholder of Asian Coast Development Ltd. Mr. Zorbas holds an Honors Bachelors in Economics from University of Toronto.
